Students from within varied disciplines are encouraged to apply, including those from Astrophysics, Environmental Studies, Geoscience, Geography, Planning & Planetary Sciences.

Abstract Guidelines

  • Open to all Queensland students (postgraduates and undergraduates with research projects), and recent graduates

  • Applicants must be a member of the Geological Society of Australia

  • Abstracts should preferably be approximately 250 words with a maximum of 500

  • Presentations will be 10 minutes, with 5 minutes allowed for questions

  • Abstract submissions close on the 15th September 2020
