This year, we have two general overarching themes; Analytical and Applied Earth Sciences. We encourage speakers to direct their presentation toward one of these themes;

Analytical Earth Science 🔬

E.g., novel analytical techniques, or experimental based research.

Applied Earth Science ⚒️

E.g., field based research, geophysical studies, or industry applications.

Abstract Guidelines

• Open to all Queensland students (postgraduates and undergraduates with research projects), and recent graduates.

• Abstracts must be no longer than 250 words

• Oral presentations will be 12 minutes, with 3 minutes allowed for questions

• Posters created for this event should be A0 poster size and portrait orientation

• Abstract submissions close on the 15th of September.
